Participation as important factor in increasing of efficiency and effectiveness of public administration of the subject of the Russian Federation

In the article relevance of use of participation for increase of efficiency and productivity of public management is considered. For the characteristic of a participation of public management the region offered a number of the indicators, allowing differentiating the levels of its development. The analysis of development of participation in regions of the Southern federal district is given.
