In the article some problems of innovation activity in regional building complex are discussed. It is shown that different composition of conditions for a new inner environment und out environment make it possible to choose proper innovation strategy. It is offered to apply the theory and practice of the innovative management directed on management of processes of updating of all elements of production systems.
