Experiment of the Siberian regions on formation of competitive environment in markets of liquid motor fuel

In the article the analysis of condition of the sphere of oil products supply is carried out, the main problems of its development are revealed: permanent rise in prices, poor quality of production, technical backwardness of productions, redundancy of expenses. As the possible direction solutions of the considered problems the conceptual directions of development of the competition through formation independent oil production and oil processings are proposed. The experience of the Siberian regions acquired in this direction is generalized.
