In the article the questions of development of theoretical and methodological provisions of formation and realization of development strategy of the network trade organizations operating in the modern market dynamically developing by the competitor are presented. Existence of a large number of formats of network retail trade allows revealing typical strategic behavior of competitors and with their help to form unique strategy on the basis of monitoring of a tendency of the market, the analysis of factors and management opportunities.
