State of raw material link as determining factor of sustainable development of regional dairy sub-complex (on example of the Volgograd region)

In the article direct dependence on production efficiency of the processing enterprises on volumes of the processed raw materials is shown, the features of the modern mechanism of functioning of a dairy sub-complex are revealed. The analysis of economic indicators of production of milk in the agricultural enterprises of the Volgograd region is carried out, importance of support of dairy cattle breeding from the state is noted.
