In the article the performance efficiency of the tourist organizations in the North Caucasian Federal District is considered. The impact of tourism on the regional development of clusters is shown. The indicators of tourism enterprises in the North Caucasus Federal District, new directions and measures for the development of tourist cluster in the North Caucasus Federal District are analyzed.
