In the article the research of recurrence of development of institutes within the developed O.E.Bessonova is given to the institutional theory of economic development of Russia. The hypothesis of need of allocation of institutional cycles on the basis of property type is made. It is offered to consider the post-reform period of development of Russia as a separate institutional cycle.
