In this article the integrated assessment of investment prospects of territories is substantiated using mathematic and statistic methods. The system of indexes and methodology of calculation of integrated indexes – investment potential and investment risk of territorial entities are suggested. The multiple classifications of administrative districts of the region are accomplished based on the most credible indexes of investment prospects.
