Priority areas for resource problems in housing sector of the Republic of Mordovia

In the article the main problems of the organization of resource-saving in the sphere of housing and communal services of the Republic of Mordovia are analyzed. The priority directions of resource-saving at the present stage of reforming of this sector are concretized, features of the organization of resource-saving in the sphere of housing and communal services come to light and the ways of problems solutions of formation of resource-saving processes in the sphere of housing and communal services of the studied region are proposed. The mechanism of financial and economic ensuring offered actions for resource-saving of the housing and communal services enterprises is considered.
