Formation of nucleus of innovation cluster on basis of public-private partnership in sphere of healthcare of Krasnodar Region (on example of development of biomedical technologies)

In the article preconditions of formation of an innovative cluster in the Krasnodar area on the basis of state-private partnership in the sphere of development of biotechnologies are considered. The need of formation of a kernel of a cluster on the basis of realization of scientific development of scientists of the Kuban state medical university in the field of molecular and cellular biology, biotechnology and regenerative medicine is proved. The mechanism of interaction of economic subjects in the course of creation of an innovative cluster in the health care sphere is presented.
