Political and economic aspects of building-up the regional development model in Russia

In the article some moments of discussion of new model of growth by an economic crisis of 2008-2009 and its consequences are presented. The approaches to design of policy of regional development are offered. It is concluded on smearing the principles of solidarity and subsidiary in the regional policy, creation of the dual regional doctrine based on a combination of concepts of alignment of region development and development of "growth poles" is offered. The need of reforming of political model as a condition of efficiency of regional development policy is located
