Creation of regional globally competitive clusters in new type of promising technology platforms

In the article the approaches to formation of globally competitive clusters in the region within the technological platforms approved by government commission on high technology and innovation are presented. The conclusion is drawn on need of formation of cluster approach on the basis of identification of key competences of the enterprises for formation of network models of productions of competitive innovative production
