Method of subsidies allocation granted to municipalities for co-financing expenditure commitments of highways construction

In the article the technique of distribution of subsidies from the regional road fund, municipalities provided to budgets for joint financing of construction of highways of local value is offered. The use of the technique reduces intra-spatial polarization in the level of development of the road network due to the importance of providing financial assistance to areas with a low level of own financial resources.
