Development a model of process management of import and export items reproductive potential of the region

In the article the inter-potential communications arising at movement of elements of reproduction capacity of the region are considered, concrete methods of control over processes of an interregional modulation of potentials are presented. Schemes of management and the recommendation on recommendations to build employment, investment and innovation potential for increase in cumulative reproduction potential and achievement of high-quality economic growth in long-term prospect are offered.
