In the article it is noted that in modern conditions of a problem of formation of resource potential in the sphere of auditor services in Russia became very urgent. The methodological approach to formation of such potential is considered. The conclusion that rational formation and use of resources of the organization more depends on quality of a manpower that finally defines level of competitiveness of the auditor service in the market is drawn.
