In the article the issues of development of innovative system of the Krasnodar area, the infrastructures connected with functioning and an assessment of innovative activity of the enterprises of the region are discussed. The recommendations on he innovative environment development of the region within the concept of open innovations according to which the innovative system of edge acts as a component of social and economic and innovative systems of the country are offered.
