In the article the created system of practical recommendations on a reasonable choice of the perspective directions of innovative development of regions and their realization by means of formation and the organization of the corresponding technological platforms is presented. Recommendations are constructed with the use of advantages of technologies of crowd-sourcing, basic provisions of the theory of leadership and technologies of management future.
