In the article the features of various forms of small business in agrarian sector of economy of Russia are considered. Preconditions of the organization of country (farmer) farms and problems of their functioning in agro-industrial complex (AIC) are shown. Priorities of development of small business in the agrarian sphere in the condition of the state support at the federal and regional levels are defined.
