Features of management strategy at the enterprises depending on the production sphere

The lack of a holistic approach to the methods of strategic planning at the enterprises prevents from implementing their strategic capabilities in full measure. At the same time, these methods should reflect the individual industry features of the object of management, which is most typical in the regions. The solution of this problem is proposed by means of a system of strategic models that are integrated through common methods but have different degrees of development and different tools.
