Analyses of the level of the system of social partnership's development is carried out in the article, also disadvantages of its functioning are detected, the main distinctive features of Russian model from the models of West European countries are described. The positive tendencies of interests' concurrence of the sides of social and labor relations through the system of social partnership in Krasnodar region, including it as a mechanism of conflicts' solution in social and labor area, are described.
