In the article scientific justification of typing of transaction costs expenses which sum makes size of actually suffered transaction expenses is given. The economic essence of division of transaction expenses contacts the author their basic not eliminability and existence regardless of uncertainty of the environment, efficiency of the economic mechanism and other factors and conditions.
