The role of small and midsize business in the field of services in the specific terms of republics of North Caucasus is analyzed. This field of activity is one of the most perspective directions of the Russian business. Business development in services sector in many respects associates with "disorder" trade and shadow business. Making active policy of the help small and to average businesses, the state is obliged to consider regional specifics.
