In modern conditions of development of the food security is one of major factors of welfare of Russia. Therefore problems of maintenance of a continuity of reproduction process in agriculture and increases of its efficiency is urgency. In the article the condition of reproduction of fixed and current assets of agricultural appointment is analysed. The most significant problems are defined.
