In the article one of the factors of an intensification of agricultural production -use of chemical is considered. The estimation of manufacture and use of mineral fertilizers in the separate countries of the world is given. Influence of level of entering of mineral fertilizers on production efficiency of grain crops in the Oriel region is investigated.
