Innovative modular development program of business activities in the Krasnoyarsk region

In the article the new approach to development of programs in system of social and economic development in the region is revealed. The concept of the innovative modular program of support of business and innovative activity in territories of the Krasnoyarsk region is presented. Factors of development the businesses influencing an innovative susceptibility of regional economy are revealed. Unique experience of development of the innovative modular program of involvement of youth in business and approbations of a number of components of the program in the territory of the Dzerzhinsky region of the Krasnoyarsk region is shown.
