In the article new institute of the regional financial market - the micro-financial organizations (IFI) is considered. The concept of IFI functions, history of their emergence, the loudspeaker of development are revealed. Problems of functioning and ways of their decision and IFI role in national economy are characterized. The great attention is given to geography of distribution of the micro-financial organizations on regions of Russia
