Consumption of meat in the Republic of Mordovia

In the article on the basis of correlation and regression method the forecast of consumption of meat and meat products in the Republic of Mordovia is given. The role of holdings in a myasoproduktovy subcomplex of the republic is considered. The conclusion that increase of efficiency of subcomplex creation of the meat- product cluster assuming the comprehensive approach from agricultural producers, processers of raw materials, sellers of finished goods, public authorities and society as a whole is drawn.
