The working hypothesis about dependence of agricultural activity on prirodno-economic conditions is generalized and generated, their distinctions on regions and agricultural commodity producers are shown, conditions of occurrence of the differentiated income are estimated and its influence on financial and social and economic distinctions between agricultural businessmen is revealed, ways of alignment of economic potential to agriculture are offered.
