Modernization of the major directions socially-economic activities of the state will objectively demand reorganization organizational-political factors, socially-an economic mechanism and set institutionally-legal aspects of the state activity. Proceeding from the resulted analysis in work the optimized structure of the perspective indicators based on calculation of indexes of development and ranging of kinds of economic activities, allowing to estimate ready state of economy of region to realization of innovative modernization is offered.
