Subfederal bonded loan in the context of forming of the centralized resources of regional development

The problem of differentiation and diversification of sources and tools of the forming of the centralized resources of regional development under the contemporary conditions is actualized in the article. The understanding of the regional budget as fund of the centralized resources of regional development is offered. The classification of the centralized resources of regional development concerning their tool of forming and the direction of spending is given. The possibility of the attraction of additional centralized resources of regional development by means of the subfederal bonded loan is substantiated.
