In the conditions of financial instability of economic processes in Russia and as a whole in the world, and also world economy globalization set of the interconnected problems in the field of management of tax system are presented. These are problems in sphere of functioning of tax system as starting mechanism of maintenance of macroeconomic and financial stability of social and economic development of the country.
