Сonceptual model of regional ecological-economic balance on the basis of forest potential

In the article innovative concept of balance modeling between economic and ecological results of the social development, based on realization of forest potential of regions is presented; indicators of economic and ecological effects are offered, values of forest product capacity and carbon capacity of regions-subjects of Russian Federation are calculated; the model for calculating of optimum cost of carbon for regions of various type by two variants of function of the income in ecological-economic system is proved; the model shows potential value of Russian forest potential in regional, national and supranational scale.
