In article the current state and development of wholesale structures of the pharmaceutical market of Russia is analyzed. Are educed key problems, which accompany activity of participants of a wholesale link of the pharmaceutical market. The author's scheme of functioning of the distributor in a chain of deliveries of pharmaceutical preparations is presented and offered to recommendation about perfection of activity of federal and regional distributors, by means of various toolkits of logistics.
