Problems and peculiarities of anti-crisis regulation in the Southern Federal district

The paper considers the issues of how the crisis influenced on South Federal region and how the national anti-crises program can be regionalized including the question of efficiency of such regional anti-crises programs. In the paper it is marked, that in various sectors of the economy the financial crisis manifests itself in different ways, the problem consists in the description of the crisis processes from the point of view of the structure of the regional economy, the level of economic and social development of the territories, the degree of concentration of industrial enterprises, the stability of federal transfers, the development of agro-industrial complex, small business and individual entrepreneurship.
