Increase of management efficiency by institutes in structure of an investment policy of region

In the article the expediency of examining the investment policy of region as the product of the activity of the totality of institutes is substantiated, the possibility of increasing the effectiveness in the process of the investment through a decrease in the level of trans-action expenses is noted. The ways of an improvement in the quality of the interrelations due to the formal association of institutes indicated and the mechanism of reduction in the trans-action expenses of the process of the investment of the economy of region on the basis of the integrated structures are examined.
