Necessity of management transformation at the enterprises in the services of water supply

Reforming of housing-and-municipal branch is one of strategic tasks of development of the Russian economy that causes a high urgency of search of new forms and methods of the government of housing-and-municipal sphere. In the present work the sphere of housing-and-municipal services is analyzed, theoretical approaches to management of a service complex are considered. The conclusion about necessity of transformations of management at the enterprises in the services of water supply is drawn.
