To question on the decision of the problems of rural enterprise in Russia: personnel, legal, organizing, material and technical aspects

Twenty years ago Russia has entered into market economics which supposes the existence of various forms of property in all economic fields, including agriculture. One of such forms is entrepreneurship, which has being paid a lot of attention to and being considered as one of the most significant factors of economic growth. Rural entrepreneurship plays a particular role in agricultural development, but nowadays in tends to be very vulnerable and undefended. This article covers the following questions: the essence of entrepreneurship; the peculiarities of rural entrepreneurship; the personnel, technical, legal, social and some other problems of modern Russian rural entrepreneurship; the measures that should be taken to support and give prospects to the rural entrepreneurship in Russia.
