Intensification of social-labor mobility of population in border regions

This article is devoted to the analysis of the intensification of social and labor mobility and its impact on the reproduction of the labor potential of the border region. There are results of the comparison of social and labor mobility of the three bordering Russian regions (Far East, Belgorod Oblast and the Republic of Karelia). The prerequisites for assessing the role of social and labor mobility in the reproduction of the labor potential of the regions and the development of activity for improving it are revealed, taking into account the influence of migration.
