Moscow real estate market: in anticipation of a regional crisis of prices

In the article it is considered the problems of the real estate market in Moscow. On the basis of violation of the natural harmony development of the market predicts the global price crisis 2013-2015, which will be complicated by the macro-economic factors: the growth of property tax, increase of tariffs of natural monopolies, the reduction of transfer payments to poor housekeeping.
