In the article it is investigated imperatives of economic development. The formulation a principle of economic selection of agrarian institutes is offered. Its basic elements and designs are described. The occurrence and evolution of agrarian institutes submits to a principle of economic selection is proved. The communication of dynamics of development of agrarian sector of institute and status institutions of environment is revealed. The basic dynamic and structural features of behavior of agrarian institutes are shown.
