This article is devoted to the problem of forming the stable equilibrium in the market. The authors investigate the factors, which defines the conditions office-cream market stable equilibrium forming. In this article the influence factors for ice-cream market in Chelyabinsk region were estimated. The authors give the regression and correlation analysis, which is lead to define the contribution of each independent variable to the amendment dependent variable under study.
