The model of open innovations as an instrument of the Russian economics development

The author analyses the experience accumulated by the economically developed countries. The analogues of the domestic developments are given in parallel. The system and complex analyses help to work out those directions, which are destined to integrate all the accumulated experience, to use it within a framework of the strategy of the Russian development up to the year 2020.
