Development of the theory of management by state-private partnerships at a levei of region

In connection with consequences of crisis the problem of increase of management efficiency the integrated structures, including with the state participation is became greater urgency. In the work it is shown the analysis of various aspects and features of corporate management state-private partnership. It is concluded that modernization of the Russian economy is closely connected to creation of economic systems with the state participation, is made by concentration of scientific and industrial potentials, financing due to budgetary funds of innovational projects and programs.
