Overcome the current negative trends in agriculture is only possible through the development and consistent implementation of long-term strategy of innovation and upgrade competitiveness. In the framework of administrative innovations is proposed to develop and implement new management practices based on information technologies. In this paper, based on developed and implemented analytical software "Agro-effect" the authors suggest a method of planning needs for financial resources for agricultural production. The proposed methodology and its automation through the development of the software module can improve productivity and quality of financial service companies.
