Comparative assessment of available and used economic potential of municipal regions

The article offers a method of forming an a posteriori system of indicators for comparative assessment of the economic potential of municipal-municipal areas. For a priori chosen indicators are applied methods of multivariate statistical analysis, during this procedure, part of indicators are not suitable for use in a comparative estimate of the economic potential of regions. By a posteriori indicators is used method of multilevel indicators, resulting in the municipal of education are sorted by state economic potential.
