Vectors of innovative development for the dairy subindustry of the agro-industrial complex

The relevance of this article is determined by the necessity to provide food security of the Russian Federation through innovative development of the agricultural industry including its dairy branch. The current realities allow to speak about insufficient usage of the existing opportunities for the dairy complex intensification. So it is necessary to search new priorities and resources of this direction.
     The author of the article analyses the experience gained in a range of the Russian Federation regions with regard to intensification of the dairy production. Across with this he gives the analogues for management of this process in the economically developed countries.
     He identifies the component parts, which put brakes on the progressive development. The article comprises recommendations for their correction. The author offers the complex of measures for the positive renovation of the branch in the innovative context.
     The system analysis helps to draw up a prospect of development of the innovative dairy production in the Russian Federation over a long period.
