Structural and functional model of agro-forest reclamation inventory

In the article it is analyzed the agricultural policy as well as problems of chemicalization, reclamation, agricultural methods and farming standards in general. In order to realize the target, first and foremost, qualitative, quantitative, economic evaluation of major plants and animals as key elements of integrating into the inventory is required. The drawing up of land and forest reclamation inventory is considered from this point of view, which subject is studied the artificial protective forest plantings together with their inhabitants.
