Problems and ways for development of the distributive network companies at the liberalized regional electricity markets

A theoretical and empirical analysis of modern problems for the development of distributive electric networks at the liberalized regional electric power markets in the Russian Federation is performed. It is shown, that there is a disproportional distribution of financial flows between the large network companies and large electric marketing companies, and there «lost incomes» are inevitably formed at relatively small network companies. It aggravates a problem of deficiency of investments into distributive electric networks and threatens their steady development. Ways for the decision of the specified problems and counteractions to threats are offered.
