Venture fund activity is interfaced to formation of a considerable quantity of internal and external financial and organizational communications. For the venture funds management are applicable approaches and methods of average complexity comprehensible to heads of the small companies. The development of the concept of management by financial flow of managing subjects is a prominent aspect of a modern finance administration. The flow approach is considered as an important element of operative and strategic planning. The main effect is reached by the financial planning, optimization of the free rests of financial assets, minimization of risks, the account of long-term factors of development of the company.
