Performance evaluation system of local government and its implementation

The goals of administrative reform in the Russian Federation, actualizes research on the formation of a universal methodology for quantifying the effectiveness of management at the municipal level. This paper presents the main provisions of the proposed federal legislation methodology for assessing the activity of local government. It is noted the main benefits and problems of its application.
